psychic medium reading
Alex is both a psychic and a medium. Every medium has a different way of reading and Alex works closely with the higher self to reveal ideas for the future. She respects and values free will and choice and believes that readings are meant to be a resource for support and information, not a prediction of the future (gasp! isn’t that what psychic means?) Alex receives information from the higher self, ancestors and passed loved ones, as well as any guides. A very visual medium, she sees pictures and analogies that assist the client in whatever they are asking. Readings are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long and she recommends you bring 3-5 specific questions with you as well as setting intentions or goals. You are welcome to take notes.
Alex does readings remotely over the phone. She recommends you find a quiet space without other people around to focus in on the reading. Alex does not record readings. Alex is an animal communicator but typically cannot assist in finding a cat or dog due to scheduling logistics. We can, however, speak to them (both passed or earth side) as a part of your reading!

nervous system integrative healing (remote or in-person)(ortho-bionomy)
Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, subtle form of bodywork that works with the body’s inherent ability to recognize when it is out of comfort and ease. Alex works with clients with chronic and acute pain as well as trauma (including CPTSD and PTSD). Since this bodywork is non-invasive it is centralized in the nervous system (both central and peripheral) so that clients can experience deep healing that integrates over time. Alex also works with pets (mainly dogs).
Alex works with clients in-person on Mondays at her office in West Asheville and remotely (over the phone) Tuesday-Thursday. Remote Ortho-Bionomy is an integrative experience where Alex blends her psychic gifts and the energetic layer of the bodywork. These are done over the phone as well.
